These Terms govern your use of Semesteria as a candidate. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
- You must be legally eligible to work in your jurisdiction.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

Account Registration & Use
- One account per individual.
- Account sharing is prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- We may suspend accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or security risk.

Candidate Content
- You retain ownership of your resume, profile, and submitted materials.
- You grant Semesteria a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, analyze, and display your content to provide platform services.
- You confirm you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content you upload.
- You are responsible for reviewing your content for accuracy before submitting it to employers.

AI-Powered Features
- AI features are assistive only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- AI outputs do not guarantee employment outcomes.
- You are solely responsible for decisions made using AI-generated suggestions.
- Semesteria is not liable for actions taken based on AI outputs.

Job Listings & Applications
- Semesteria is not an employer and does not hire candidates.
- Employers control job listings, hiring decisions, and communications.
- We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or responses from employers.
- Job availability and details may change without notice.

Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Impersonating any person or misrepresenting affiliation.
- Using scraping, automation, bots, or abusive traffic.
- Reverse engineering, circumventing limits, or attempting unauthorized access.
- Using the platform for unlawful purposes.

Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns.
- Termination may result in loss of access to stored content.
- We may retain limited records as required for compliance and security.

Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- Semesteria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid (if any) for the service.

Changes to These Terms

- Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
